Cabinet NG - 2/2/2010
Cabinet NG Launches “iNGie” Green Awards
SMBs Recognized for Finding the Paperless Office
Cabinet NG (CNG), provider of document management and workflow software, today launched the “iNGies,”
the first company green award to recognize that going green is good for businesses. CNG will award SMBs
who demonstrate the best use of document management to improve their bottom line and operate their
businesses in a more environmentally friendly means.
“CNG customers have shown a savvy approach to technology, making them leaders in their respective
industries,” said Jon Clark, VP Sales, CNG. “We built this award program to honor those companies who are
working to change the landscape of their business by not only improving their efforts to reduce paper, but
also their green initiative through office efficiency. We award them for their accomplishments.”
The iNGie Awards will be presented for the following:
· Best Overall Reduction of Paper Consumption – two categories:
o Small business category – up to 5 users
o General business category – 6 or more users
This award will be given to the CNG customer in each category who can demonstrate the most dramatic
overall reduction of paper consumption based on before and after measurement of overall paper and
paper-related expenses, including paper, filing supplies, file cabinets, etc. Judging criteria will be based
on % reduction.
· Best Adoption of Electronic Workflow – two categories:
o Small business category – up to 5 users
o General business category – 6 or more users
This award will be given to the CNG customer in each category whose use of CNG Workflow had the
most dramatic impact on improving efficiency and reducing paper and paper related costs. The application
for this award will request information on pre-CNG-SAFE workflow processes and how CNG-SAFE workflow
has been implemented to make those processes paperless. Before and after metrics should include: process
start to finish time, number of people required to complete process, savings on shipping, etc.
Eligibility and Rules:
Customers who are current with maintenance and tech support are eligible to submit their company to win an
“iNGie.” Customers are encouraged to apply for both categories to increase their chances of winning, but only
one award per customer will be presented. Resellers may also submit a nomination on a customer’s behalf.
Each submission will be reviewed and judged solely by CNG and presented at the 2010 Collaborate
Conference in Huntsville (dates and location to be announced). You must be present at the conference to
win. As an added incentive, CNG’s public relations firm, MRB Public Relations, will review all submissions for
potential press opportunities to help your company gain visibility and show leadership in your market.
Awards:
- The first 20 companies to apply receive 2 free passes to the 2010 Collaborate Conference in
Huntsville (approximate $500 value).
- Winners receive a $1,000 credit which can be applied toward annual maintenance or CNG products.
- Winners will also receive an Amazon Kindle™.
- Recognition at the 2010 Collaborate Conference dinner.
