MACtac Announces New Approvals for Chemical Drum Labelstocks

MACtac Performance Adhesives Group has expanded its extensive portfolio of chemical drum label certifications by achieving British Standard
(BS) 5609 Section 3 compliance for PJ6914 and FDD6919 labelstock materials used in conjunction with iSys Label's EDGE 850 digital label
printer and toner. This compliance helps customers comply with the new Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labeling of
Chemicals.

GHS is a system that has been created by the United Nations for standardizing the classification and labeling of chemicals throughout the world.
Under the GHS format, labels will include signal words, pictograms, and hazard and precautionary statements. Drums and containers used to
transport petroleum, paint, liquid and powder chemicals must include labels designed to meet extreme conditions, identify the content of the drum,
and give proper warning and safety instructions that remain legible for many years.

"Chemical manufacturers have until June 2015 to fully comply with OSHA's updated Hazard Communication regulation for printing hazardous
chemical labels," said Kim Hensley, product manager, MACtac Performance Adhesives Group. "As the GHS mandate draws closer, it is critical to
be prepared to meet the deadline. MACtac is committed to staying ahead of these changes to continue providing our customers with trusted
products that meet the latest industry regulations."

In order to comply with new GHS standardization, MACtac has proven that iSys Label's EDGE 850 digital label printer and toner can be used with
FDD6919 2-mil matte white polyester/MP690 adhesive and PJ6914 2.6-mil gloss white BOPP/MP690 adhesive labelstocks to achieve standards
compliance. Testing for BS5609 Section 2 and Section 3 has been completed.

iSys Label is an innovative developer and manufacturer of short- to mid-run digital label printers that deliver production quality labels print after
print. Creating a complete solution that meets internationally recognized standards for durability and environmental resistance, iSys Label toner is
printed with EDGE 850 to allow customers to easily comply with new GHS standards.

MACtac Performance Adhesives Group Receives New BS 5609 Label Certifications for Polyester Labelstock

MACtac Performance Adhesives Group expands British Standard (BS) 5609:1986 certifications for chemical container labeling. In partnership
with DNP, MACtac has received BS 5609 Section 2 and Section 3 label certification for MACtac FCD6914 2-mil white PET when printed with
DNP R300 Black Resin and DNP R510 Red Resin Ribbon.

"We want to continue to provide our customers with a portfolio of solutions that can confidently meet recognized standards for durability and
environmental resistance," said Kim Hensley, product manager, MACtac Performance Adhesives Group. "Through a joint effort, it's easy to
address the requirements of BS 5609 knowing the full solution, including the label base material, pressure-sensitive adhesive and thermal printing,
all together pass the standard."

BS 5609 label certification is a specification for the durability of labels on chemical containers when being transported by merchant shipping. The
labels and markings on containers shipped or stored in these marine environments must meet standards for adhesion, resistance to abrasion and
print permanence. Although BS 5609 is comprised of four parts, there are two key sections, Section 2 and 3. Section 2 details the tests to be
carried out on the blank pressure-sensitive, adhesive-coated base material, and Section 3 deals with the printed label. Base labels must meet the
requirements of Section 2 in order to meet the print method requirements in Section 3. Tests of the print method determine label fitness based on
various durability criteria, such as exposing the label to artificial weathering (salt spray and sunlight), tape removal, and interaction with a mixture of
sand and artificial sea water to ensure minimum standards for label usage in marine environments are being met.

BS 5609 is widely referenced when specifying an extremely durable label. Compliance is a requirement for self-adhesive drum labels needing
certification with merchant shipping regulations, international maritime dangerous goods (IMDG) and GHS standards.

MACtac's FCD6914 product is 2-mil gloss top-coated, white polyester with a durable and aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive and a 3.2 SCK
liner. Coated with MP690 adhesive, a high-performance, high-tack, durable permanent acrylic emulsion with excellent adhesion and mandrel hold,
it offers chemical and solvent resistance to various high- and low-energy substrates. Applications include nameplate, durable equipment and drum
labels designed to convey critical warnings and instructional information.

GHS is a system that's been created by the United Nations for standardizing the classification and labeling of chemicals throughout the world. The
GHS standard establishes signal words, pictograms, and hazard and precautionary statements for use on durable labels to ensure workers are
informed and dangers are mitigated.

MACtac Receives UL Recognition on Overlamination after Printing on Durable Films

MACtac Roll Label secured Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Recognition for overlamination after printing on durable films with Environmental Film III
No Wax Inks, now providing certification on the entire construction.

When using UL Recognized MACtac products, converters now have pre-approved compliance that they can rely on to ensure fast market
access because of reduced costs and time spent qualifying substrates. Pre-approval means no new testing is required, only a paper transfer
which can be submitted through an Internet portal, via email or phone. Using pre-approved products can save up to 12 weeks of inconvenient
testing.

“New approvals on overlamination after the printing on durable films are a major advantage to converters,” said Kim Hensley, product manager,
MACtac Roll Label. “For a flat fee, converters can adopt any UL-certified durable product for UL recognized label applications and receive
approval for the entire construction—ultimately saving time and money to ensure fast market access.”

Specially designed for lawn and garden, appliance and nameplate, and chemical drum applications, MACtac durable films have pre-approvals on
the entire construction including face material, Environmental Film Inks, overlaminate and thermal transfer ribbon.

The following six items are now UL approved with overlamination over the printing, which includes all colors, with Environmental Film III No Wax
inks:

2-mil white polyester
2-mil clear polyester
2-mil bright silver polyester
2-mil matte silver polyester
2-mil brushed silver polyester
3.4-mil white vinyl

UL is an independent product safety testing and certification organization that has been testing products and writing standards for more than a
century, making it one of the most recognized conformity assessment providers in the world. UL's label adoption process ensures fast market
access by demonstrating that recognized labels have been evaluated to meet UL safety requirements. UL's Marking & Labeling Systems Program
covers labels (nameplates or markers) that display safety and warning information on UL certified components and products. Most products are
required to be permanently marked with specific safety-related information such as hazards, warnings, cautionary markings, installation instructions
and electrical ratings.

MACtac Printing Products Expands Bloom™ Line of Sustainable Products

As a part of its commitment to creating sustainable products that meet the needs of its customers, MACtac® Printing Products has expanded its
Bloom™ Enviropath Products line with a new recyclable PET liner. Now available on six different facestocks with a hot-melt adhesive, the PET liner
is thin and strong, allowing for more labels per roll and less waste than paper alternatives.

The new sustainable offerings are produced on MACtac's advanced 100 percent solids pressure-sensitive coater, which does not emit volatile
organic compounds (VOCs). Available with a quick-tack permanent adhesive, converters have a variety of environmentally conscious label
solutions with the option of a 1-mil or 1.2-mil PET liner on six facestocks including:

TT9091-2: A premium thermal transfer paper
CHG9091-2: A 57# cast-coated high-gloss
SGL9091-2: A 55# brilliant white semi-gloss coated litho
DLA7191-2: A 50# brilliant white semi-gloss dairy label
MSP9091-0: A mirror-finish, bright silver metalized paper
BCC9091-0: A classic crest, solar white wet strength paper

The new Bloom label options are optimized for high-speed auto application where a risk of liner tears or breaks exist with products such as wine,
spirits, health and beauty, pharmaceutical and food packaging. The PET liner's strength allows for wide-web converting and high-speed
dispensing onto containers without worry of liner break-related downtime. Combined with a hot-melt adhesive for high initial quick tack and
outstanding ultimate adhesion, these products are ideal for use with low-energy surfaces, meeting the packaging needs of today and tomorrow.

“Recyclable PET liners can be produced at a thinner caliper than paper liners to allow for more labels per roll, which translates to less
changeovers on the dispensing line and, ultimately, less waste,” said Kathy Magyar, marketing manager, MACtac Roll Label.

“Our customers are always seeking more sustainable products, and now we can offer them a new way to reduce liner waste without sacrificing
performance—they can still deliver secure adhesion while operating more efficiently and sustainably,” added Allie Braham, marketing manager,
MACtac Roll Label.

Along with these PET liner options, MACtac's Bloom Products offer a variety of sustainable solutions including post-consumer waste facestocks
and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified products, assuring customers that the raw materials used in their production were attained in a
sustainable and socially responsible manner.

redigo is a new line of untreated labelstocks that offers converters the convenience of applying their own topcoats. Many converters utilize both
pre-topcoated and non-topcoated products that are treated on press prior to Indigo printing. The new line of redigo stocks are optimized through
paper chemistry and process conditions during adhesive coating to perform best for topcoating on press. The redigo products mirror the INDIE
products, allowing customers to have the same product both pre-topcoated and ready to be Indigo printed or non-topcoated and ready to be
topcoated.

The full line of INDIE certified labelstocks is specifically engineered for Indigo press technology and can be used anywhere a flexo printed label is
used. Designed to take digital printing to the next level for short-run, high-quality, complex label jobs, INDIE achieves optimal costs and production
efficiencies.

stock to print with a variety of ITW Thermal Films PrintheadSaver® thermal transfer ribbons.

Expanding to include two label stocks printed with three different ITW Thermal Films ribbons, it certifies MACtac FCD6914 polyester label printed
with ITW B324 Durable Extreme Series Resin™ ribbon, MACtac FCD6914 polyester label printed with ITW B325 Flexible Extreme Series Resin™
ribbon and MACtac VDG6911 vinyl label printed with ITW B128 Durable Extreme Series Midrange™ wax/resin ribbon.

"BS 5609 is an internationally recognized standard covering the suitability for the labeling of goods for marine shipment," said Kim Hensley,
product manager, MACtac Printing Products. "Label durability is a must for marine and extreme environments, and MACtac continues to develop
products to meet the latest industry regulations."

BS 5609 is a specification for printed pressure-sensitive, adhesive-coated labels for marine use, including requirements for label base material. BS
5609 comprises four parts, of which there are two key sections - Section 2 and 3. Section 2 details the tests to be carried out on the base label
material and Section 3 on the printed label. Base labels must meet the requirements of Section 2 in order to meet the print methods in Section 3.
Tests of the print method set out various durability criteria including adhesive performance, print performance and abrasion resistance, stipulating
minimum standards for labels to be used in marine environments.

BS 5609 is widely referred to when specifying an extremely durable label. Compliance is a requirement for self-adhesive drum labels needing
certification with merchant shipping regulations, international maritime dangerous goods (IMDG) and globally harmonized system of classification
(GHS) standards.

FCD6914 is a 2-mil gloss top coated, white polyester and VDG6911 is a 3.4-mil top coated, white flexible PVC. Both feature a durable and
aggressive permanent acrylic adhesive and a 3.2 super-calendared kraft liner. Applications include chemical drum labels, drums and containers
used to transport petroleum, paint and liquid or powder chemicals designed to hold up under extreme conditions. FCD6914 and VDG6911 are
typically used for content identification, warning and instructional labeling.

ITW Thermal Films B128 wax/resin ribbon is UV resistant and offers strong abrasion and environmental resistance. The B325 resin ribbon
provides good resistance to chemicals and is used in demanding industrial applications that require high durability. The B324 resin ribbon is a UL-
recognized, multi-purpose ribbon that is halogen-free and features high durability and chemical resistance. All ITW Thermal Films PrintheadSaver
thermal transfer ribbons feature advanced technologies such as an anti-static coating and high-sensitivity inks that maintain and sustain the life of
printheads, use less energy and print at faster speeds.

Convenient pre-approval offers converters and customers fast entry into the durable goods labeling market

MACtac Printing Products secured Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Recognition for inks used with its durable film product line, including 3.4-mil
white vinyl, 2.6-mil white polypropylene, 2.0-mil white polyester and 2.0-mil bright silver polyester labels.

When using UL Recognized MACtac products, converters now have pre-approval for flexo inks and thermal transfer ribbon. Pre-approval means
no new testing is required, only a paper transfer which can be submitted through an Internet portal, via email or phone.

"Developing products that meet the latest industry regulations that help our customers enter new markets faster is crucial," said Kim Hensley,
product manager, MACtac Printing Products. "Upfront UL Recognition reduces converters' cost and time spent qualifying substrates from UL."

MACtac's durable films product line features MP690, a high-performance adhesive specifically developed for durable labeling that offers
resistance against heat, cold and chemical exposure. All durable film products are part of MACtac Roll Label's PreciseSM Program, which offers
next-day shipping on a variety of roll label solutions.

MACtac Supplies Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive Label for American Scientists Stamp

The U.S. Postal Service shares the legacy of four distinguished American scientists with the dedication of its latest FOREVER® stamps.
MACtac® supplied the pressure-sensitive adhesive label materials for 30 million, 44-cent first-class stamps issued.

The stamps celebrate American scientists’ commitment to understanding the fundamental process of nature and their contributions to the
advancement of science. The stamps were designed by art director Ethel Kessler and designer, typographer and photo illustrator Greg Berger.

They worked together to create a collage featuring a photograph, a signature and items such as equations and diagrams associated with each
scientist’s research.

“MACtac is happy to be a part of the celebration honoring American scientists,” said Allison Hazel, marketing manager, MACtac Printing Products.
“Science is important in our everyday lives, and the hard work of scientists often times goes unrecognized. By acknowledging their contributions,
we hope to inspire another generation of scientists to continue to fuel advances.”

The stamp issuance honors chemist Melvin Calvin; botanist Asa Gray; physicist Maria Goeppert Mayer; and biochemist Severo Ochoa. They were
recognized by Pritha Mehra, USPS vice president, mail entry and payment technology, at a special ceremony at the Science Museum of
Minnesota on June 16, 2011. The ceremony enabled the USPS to share the stories of each of the scientists. Their contributions and
achievements include the following:

Melvin Calvin was the first scientist to trace in detail the process of photosynthesis, and he conducted pioneering research on using plants as an
alternative energy source. He won the Nobel Prize in chemistry in 1961.

Asa Gray, one of the first professional botanists in the United States, advanced the specialized field of plant geography and became the principal
American advocate of evolutionary theory in the mid-nineteenth century.

Maria Goeppert Mayer developed a theoretical model that helped explain the structure of the atomic nucleus; for this work she became one of
only two women, the other Marie Curie, to win a Nobel Prize in physics.

Severo Ochoa, a biochemist, was the first scientist to synthesize ribonucleic acid, and he competed in the race to decipher the genetic code.
Ochoa won the Nobel Prize in physiology of medicine in 1959.

The American Scientists stamps are the third in the American Scientist series issued by the USPS. The first series was issued in 2005 and
featured geneticist Barbara McClintock, thermodynamicist Josiah Willard Gibbs, mathematician John von Neumann and physicist Richard
Feynman. The second series was issued in 2008 and included physicist John Bardeen, biochemist Gerty Cori, astronomer Edwin Hubble and
structural chemist Linus Pauling.

The stamps celebrating American scientists are FOREVER stamps and are available as a pane of 20 stamps, a block of 10 stamps, or a block of
four stamps. Stamps may be purchased at local post offices, at the postal store website at www.usps.com/shop, or by calling 800-STAMP-24.

MACtac has been a qualified supplier for USPS stamps for more than seven years, providing materials for a number of pressure-sensitive stamps,
including Wedding Roses, Neon Celebrate!, Holiday Evergreens Forever, 2010-2011 Federal Duck Stamp, Nature of America: Hawaiian Rain
Forest, Winslow Homer, Sunday Funnies and Adopt a Shelter Pet.

MACtac® Graphic Products announces the latest enhancement to its popular Application Nation graphics education platform, the Application
Nation Authorized Installer program. The authorized program was created to provide certification for and visibility to professional installers who
adhere to industry standard processes and systems for vehicle and architectural applications.

“Graphic applications not only require personal expertise and ongoing education, but also a higher level of dedication to continual improvement
and acknowledgment for accreditation; this was one of the primary drivers behind the creation of the authorized installer program,” said Jason
Yard, marketing specialist, MACtac Graphic Products. “We are not selling a product with this program. We are building, through collaboration, a
network of professionals who uphold standards and participate in the system of checks and balances that can lead to the formalization of
processes for our entire industry.”

MACtac is a leader in application training, being one of the few pressure-sensitive manufacturers to offer dedicated resources for applications,
including the first to provide a dedicated Internet website, www.TheApplicationNation.com, to serve the installer community. MACtac is a sponsor
and partner of the Professional Decal Application Alliance (PDAA), which is the recognized certification body for graphics applications.

Much of the criteria set forth by the PDAA’s Master Certification process will be utilized as a basis for the Application Nation Authorized Installer
program, furthering the idea of a uniform approach to standardization for the industry. Currently there are 10 authorized installers in the Application
Nation Authorized Installer program, who will be featured on TheApplicationNation.com.

“As a leading supplier to the decorative graphics industry, MACtac is fortunate that through Application Nation we can provide an avenue to
promote the companies that have proven themselves successful in the ever-changing application landscape,” Yard added.

In 2007, MACtac took an industry-leading role in addressing all the factors involved in correctly applying, handling and removing pressure-
sensitive graphics to vehicles, walls, floors, buildings, glass and other surfaces, with the introduction of Application Nation. Since then, MACtac
has consistently launched additions to Application Nation, including traveling seminars, training videos, an online community and educational
website, and now the authorized installer program.

“Industry installers can greatly benefit from obtaining authorized status with MACtac because they can showcase value through manufacturer
support,” Yard said. “Additionally, the authorization demonstrates to their peers that they are a trusted, educated installer with a high sense of and
dedication.”

coating used to transform almost any indoor or short-term outdoor graphic into a dry-erase board.

Designed to bond to a variety of substrates, PERMACOLOR PermaGard PG6000 is suitable for use with dry-erase markers. In addition,
Permacolor PermaGard PG6000 is an extremely cost-effective solution for indoor and short-term outdoor applications.

MACtac Roll Label Introduces MACScript 2 for the Prescription Labeling Market

New direct thermal labelstock designed for excellent printing, outstanding environmental resistance

Image fade on a label can cause serious problems for converters as well as end users, especially in the medical industry where the legibility of
patient data and medical care instructions is critical. A recognized leader in the prescription labeling market, MACtac® Roll Label has introduced
MACScript™ 2 (DDRX9502), a new direct thermal labelstock specifically designed to address prescription labeling challenges.

MACScript 2’s advanced thermal chemistry design virtually eliminates the need for a press applied UV overcoat, which can add cost, slow the
printing process, inhibit full image density and cause premature print head wear. The new direct thermal labelstock offers outstanding
environmental resistance, enabling it to withstand extreme exposure to heat, moisture, sunlight and certain chemicals typical to prescription
labeling such as oils, lotions, hand sanitizers and soaps. Outside lab endurance tests resulted in MACScript 2 receiving superior image density
ratings for the following testing categories: sustained heat and humidity, sunlight, bleaches, ammonias, soaps and detergents.

“Our second-generation prescription labeling solution is one of the most durable prescription labels currently available,” said Kathy Magyar,
marketing manager, MACtac Printing Products. “We continue to utilize internal and third-party testing to develop and improve upon our advanced
thermal chemistry to ensure our position as industry leaders in addressing the latest application challenges our converters face, especially in
regard to prescription labeling.”

Compatible with both high speed and low voltage direct thermal printers, MACScript 2 is a medium to high sensitivity top coated paper labelstock.
Its bright white face offers full image density for easy-to-read text and images.

It features MACtac’s ST-95 acrylic emulsion adhesive, which offers outstanding open time for short-term repositionability and excellent ultimate
adhesion and mandrel hold, ideal for most plastic prescription containers. A glove-friendly adhesive, ST-95 offers service temperature abilities
ranging from negative 75 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A semi-bleached kraft liner designed for excellent die cutting, stripping and label dispensing
in roll-to-roll applications protects the adhesive.

New USPS Celebratory Stamp Commemorates Special Occasions

From birthdays to retirements, anniversaries and other special events, many occasions call for celebrations, and the United States Postal Service
(USPS) is helping to commemorate these joyous moments with the introduction of the Neon Celebrate! stamp. MACtac® supplied the pressure-
sensitive adhesive label materials for the first 100 million, 44-cent first-class stamps, available in a pane of 20 stamps.

A perfect match for greeting cards, invitations, gift-bearing envelopes and packages, the stamp features images of swirls, circles and dashes in
pink, blue, orange, yellow and green, modeled after a fireworks display on a summer evening. Each letter of the word “Celebrate” and the
exclamation point that is part of this stamp’s official title are highlighted in bright white light, vibrantly expressing excitement and happy wishes.

“This new stamp adds a special touch to celebratory packages, bringing smiles to recipients and acknowledging milestones achieved,” said
Allison Hazel, marketing manager, MACtac Printing Products. “MACtac feels honored to be part of these celebrations by supplying the label stock
for this special stamp that bears messages of joy, goodwill and happiness.”

The Neon Celebrate! stamp was unveiled in Cleveland, Ohio during the Garfield-Perry Stamp Club’s 121st Annual Exhibition and Bourse—one of
the largest stamp shows in the United States—that celebrates stamp collecting as a hobby.

The stamp was designed by Phil Jordan of Falls Church, Va., who was inspired by a visit to the Museum of Neon Art in Los Angeles. Jordan
worked with neon artist Michael Flechtner of Van Nuys, Calif., to create the Neon Celebrate! stamp.

Neon Celebrate! is issued as a Forever® stamp and may be purchased at local post offices, at the postal store website at usps.com/shop, or by
calling 800-STAMP-24.

Four INDIE film labelstocks certified for the latest in digital press technology

Continuing to enhance its INDIE® line of certified stocks to help converters address the latest advances in digital press technology, MACtac®
Printing Products recently received RIT certification for four of its INDIE film labelstocks on the HP Indigo WS6000 press.

MACtac’s INDIE Clear Polypropylene (ICP9502), INDIE Matte Polypropylene (IMP1810), INDIE Gloss Polypropylene (IGP2602) and INDIE Label-
Lyte® (ILL9500) are topcoated for printing on the HP Indigo series WS2000, WS4000 and now WS6000 presses with excellent results. The pre-
treated film labelstocks alleviate the need for converters to apply their own topcoats on the press and are available with a variety of adhesive
options to meet most labeling application needs.

“As digital press technology continues to evolve, so do the printing requirements for each new press. MACtac is constantly expanding our INDIE
line of certified digital labelstocks allowing us to provide customers with a variety of material options that are compatible with the latest press
technologies,” said Allison Hazel, marketing manager, MACtac Printing Products. “Our goal is to serve as an industry leader in topcoating, and we
are focused on advancing our expertise in that area in order to provide an extensive product offering to the digital printing industry.”

The four recently certified film labelstocks offer high durability for demanding applications and cover a range of constructions:

INDIE ICP9502 is a 2.0-mil clear polypropylene that enables a ‘no label look’ for food, cosmetic, beverage and household cleaning product
applications. It features MACtac’s well-established ST95 general-purpose acrylic emulsion adhesive, for aggressive initial tack and excellent
adhesion and mandrel hold, and a 40# liner, making it an economical digital print option.

INDIE IMP1810 is a 3.0-mil matte polypropylene, featuring MACtac’s MP910 patented non-ooze adhesive, offering ultimate adhesion and virtually
eliminating the need for adhesive cleanup on the press. Designed for semi-rigid and rigid containers, typical applications include cosmetics,
household cleaning products, food and beverage labeling and more.

INDIE IGP2602 is a 2.3-mil white gloss polypropylene, featuring MACtac’s 640AT adhesive, making it ideal for label application at various
temperatures despite cold and damp environments. Applications include food packaging.

INDIE ILL9500 is a 2.6-mil white Label-Lyte polypropylene that’s pearlescent face enables striking graphic quality. It features MACtac's ST95
adhesive and a 2.45-mil semi-bleached calendared kraft liner. INDIE Label-Lyte is designed for prime labeling applications in several industries,
including food, cosmetic, toiletries and more.

INDIE certified digital stocks can be used anywhere a flexo printed label is used. Additional applications include new product introductions,
seasonal and regional products, test market products and special promotions labeling.

MACtac’s INDIE products are available under MACtac’s Precise Program, allowing customers to order a smaller amount of material for small runs
