Xplor International's Complimentary "Lunch and Learn Series" Returns

Monthly Webinar Series Continues on May 19, 2011

Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association®, today announced the return of their monthly "Lunch and Learn"
webinar series. The monthly webinars will run from May through October 2011 and are held the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm EST.
The informal panel format, lead by industry veteran, Pat McGrew, M-EDP, covers a host of subjects related to the electronic document industry.

"The Lunch and Learn series have been very successful and attendees have found it to be an excellent opportunity to learn a wide range of
subjects," says Xplor President and CEO, Skip Henk, EDP. "We are excited to resume the series of one hour events and grateful to those that
volunteer their time to participate and freely share their knowledge and experiences."

. May 19: QR Codes, What's the Big Deal? QR codes are popping up everywhere, those odd squares, sometimes sitting near an invitation to
scan them and learn more. Some are QR Codes, some are Microsoft Custom Tags, some are Aztec tags and some are JagTags. They all have
the potential of helping you create an interactive conversation from print communication, but you need to know what to look for as you are
building your workflow and setting expectations. In this hour, we've gathered some experts and we will talk through what you need to know!

. June 16: Back to Basics - Picking Fonts For Online And Print: One of the most popular topics at the recent Xplor Conference and Vendor Forum
was font selection. Since many "Xplorers" are often confronted with documents that still use legacy fonts dating back 10 or 20 years, often those
fonts don't look as good as they used to when they move to new technology including higher-resolution output. What can you do? What are your
options?

. July 21: Technology Basics - Toner, Inkjet and Pixel Primer: You just found out that your company is embarking on a multi-channel marketing
strategy - what does that mean to you? Do you know the difference between toner and ink jet, how to create a workflow for delivery on both
paper and pixels? This webinar will discuss what makes them different and how you should be prepared.

. August 18: ECM: What You Need To Know! Enterprise Content Management has become a big part of the business process for the industry. In
this webinar we'll look at what it is and how it fits into the workflow for customer communication.

. September 15: Technology Basics - Designing for Print and Pixel: Design is part art and part science, especially when you are delivering
communication on paper and on the screen. This webinar brings together best practices for multi-channel presentation!

. October 20: Fall Wrap Up - What's New, What's Emerging: It's been an exciting year, now it's time to look back over the shows,
announcements and best practices to pick the stars for the year. What was good, and what didn't quite meet our needs?

The Lunch and Learn webinars are being produced by the Xplor Document University, the educational arm of Xplor International, the webinars
are complimentary and open to anyone interested in participating.

Xplor Names Keynote Speakers for 2011 Conference and Vendor Forum

Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today named their keynote speakers for their annual conference and
vendor forum, April 5-7, 2011 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center in Tampa Bay, Florida. Joining the 2011 event will be
Barbara Pellow of InfoTrends, Peter Muir of Bizucate and Kent Lewis, EDP of HP Exstream. The back-to-back keynote sessions will take place
on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 10:30 and 11:30 AM, EST.

As Group Director of InfoTrends' Production Services, Barbara Pellow helps companies develop multi-media strategies that ride the information
wave. Before joining InfoTrends, Pellow was CMO of Kodak's Graphic Communications Group; Gannett chair of Rochester Institute of
Technology's School of Printing Management and Sciences; Corporate VP of Marketing for IKON Office Solutions; Corporate VP of Marketing for
Indigo; and VP/GM for Xerox's Document Production Systems Group. Pellow's keynote, "All channels are on" will explore how businesses are
finding that reaching customers via multiple touch points does have a profound effect on their marketing efforts. As businesses are looking for
tools and partners that can deliver their message using multiple channels beyond print, multi-channel capability is quickly becoming an essential
factor for success. Included in the discussion will be an assessment of the state of the cross-media marketing market today and its future direction
as well as insight into marketing executives' and agencies' needs, perceptions, and challenges in implementing cross-media marketing campaigns
where "all channels are on".

Peter Muir, President of Bizucate, Inc. is an educator, entrepreneur, consultant, marketer and motivator helping individuals and organizations find
profitable opportunities in multi-channel communications. Muir is the author of Preflight Pocket Primer, Business Development Selling Strategies
Workshop and the Print Providers Guide to Social Media. Kent Lewis, EDP, manages the Worldwide Solutions Team for Enterprise Software
Solutions at HP Exstream. Kent is responsible for coordinating resources to provide product expertise and assistance ensuring technical execution
success. Kent's experience includes residency in Australia and Europe assisting international offices in business development, office launch,
project management and pre-sales. In this session, Peter Muir of Bizucate and Kent Lewis of HP will share some of their ideas on the next
generation of the way people can communicate with each other. The future is bright for technology and data, but the usage and combination of
technology and people leads to opportunities for some and problems for many. With some creativity and innovative thinking people will continue
to communicate in incredibly useful ways.

today's market - the technology is available, marketers are being challenged to be more creative and targeted
with their advertising spending and consumers are demanding more effective communications. InfoTrends has
uncovered ten compelling reasons to explore TransPromo now and this session will walk you through them!

The Use of Color in Transpromo Application Design: Many companies want to deploy TransPromo
applications and are learning the new techniques required to create highly variable documents in color
with high quality. A key component in TransPromo application design is the proper selection of colors that
are within the gamut of the target printer. This presentation will explain the different color spaces that
application designers are familiar with and the compromises they will need to understand when working with
four-color, CMYK printers.

TransPromo in North America and Western Europe: Everyone is talking about TransPromo, but what does
the research say? InfoTrends will be sharing results from two recent studies that shed light on the TransPromo
opportunity in North America and Western Europe. Where are these regions similar? Where do they differ?
Attend to find out!

Transpromo: Making the Shift to Precision Marketing: TransPromo by original definition relates to placing relevant
and personalized promotions or advertisements on must-read documents, such as statements. This session will
define the shift from TransPromo to precision marketing, and how marketers must look at the expansive
techniques and platforms available today from web to email, via pURLs and loyalty statements.

Transpromo: A Behavioral Marketing Enabler: When driven by relevant customer data and behavioral
marketing, TransPromo can open the opportunity for levels of marketing effectiveness greater than any other
channel. This session will discuss how multichannel TransPromo communications enable more effective
marketing and customer satisfaction.

Transpromo in the Cloud: Considerations For Hosted Services: Cloud computing has become a hot technology
topic, especially as many organizations look to hosted, Web-based services to reduce overhead associated
with managing IT. There are even cloud-based solutions and services on the market today for enabling
TransPromo applications, from message creation workflow and management to composition.

The Business Plan for Acquisition of Transpromo Opportunities: The Winters Group, using a
performance-based model, has successfully transformed more traditional printers into the complex world of
CMO selling. Peter Winters will share a replicable process for successful migration.

The Need for Effective Document Archiving In the Transpromo World: In this session attendees will learn
how to think of themselves as true communications providers and facilitators. Through learning the latest in
practical, fast, and accurate archiving and retrieval processes, attendees will be able to move further into
the communications space and understand the important role to play in the whole life cycle of a document.

Xplor Recognizes 2009 Award Winners

Lifetime Achievement, Innovator and Technology Application of the Year Award Winners Recognized at
Thursday Ceremony

Lutz, FL-February 16, 2009- Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association,
today recognized the recipients of its annual 2009 awards. The three annual Xplor Awards recognize the
individual Lifetime Achievement, Innovator and Technology Application of the Year and will be presented at
Xplor's opening ceremony on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at the Xplor Global Conference and Exhibition in
Tampa Bay, Florida.

Lifetime Achievement Award-this year's Lifetime Achievement Award, formed in 2007, goes to Max Pucher,
founder and Chief Architect at ISIS Papyrus Software. Pucher's career reflects a record of achievement,
Ingenuity and leadership within the digital document industry since the founding of ISIS Papyrus Software in
1988, a $100 (USD) million global software business serving Fortune 1000 companies. Max was one of the
first individuals to become an AFP expert in Europe and went on to invent ISIS AFP-Designer that fully
emulates IBM OGL and PPFA formats. Max also holds various software patents in the area of machine learning
as well as an author of two controversial novels on artificial intelligence. Max Pucher joins Frank Delfer and
Brain Platte, whom Xplor's Lifetime Achievement Award is named in honor of the former CTO of IBM and also
known as the father of AFP.

Innovator of the Year Award- each year, Xplor International recognizes an individual or organization in the
Xplor community that has made a significant contribution to the electronic document systems industry. This year,
the award is being presented to Océ North America for the Océ JetStream full color ink jet printer with
integrated MICR. The Océ JetStream is a powerful combination of multi-level printing, speed, quality, ink,
MICR and media options unmatched in today's high-speed-inkjet market. Introduced less than a year ago, the
high-speed Océ JetStream full-color inkjet product family has redefined productivity and quality standards for
ultra-high-volume variable data production printing.

Due to the large number and high quality of award submissions, honorable mentions in the Innovator of the
Year Award category will also be given to Prinova Technologies for their "messagepoint" product and
DocuLynx, Inc. for their Mercury Web software.

Technology Application Award-Xplor also recognizes organizations for their imaginative application of current
technology that establishes an industry's direction. For the first time, Xplor recognizes three organizations,
which in the true spirit of Xplor, came together to develop a transpromo campaign aimed at promoting targeted,
personalized imagery and messaging, designed to drive fall reservations as well as increase awareness for the
world's largest hotel chain's co-branded credit card. The eight-week pilot campaign encouraged hotel guests
to stay during a set time period to earn double points or miles, which could be used on free nights, airline miles,
gas cards and more. Within just a four-week lead-time, the team comprised of InfoPrint Solutions Company,
GMC Software Technology and client Best Western International, though the CMO Council's Precision
Promotional Campaign, identified a target group of 100,000 Best Western customers, half serving at the
"control group" receiving their usual rewards statements with the other half receiving personalized color
transpromo statements.

As a result, Best Western experienced significant results in just eight weeks, highlighting the effectiveness of
the transpromo campaign. The transpromo group drove 15 percent more registrations from the mailing versus
those in the control group. More than one third (39 percent) of that group then went on to stay at a Best
Western location after signing up for the promotion, stayed for a longer duration than the control group and
generated 30 percent more in incremental revenue during their stay. The most surprising increase came from
the applications for the Best Western credit card, an amazing 500 percent over the control group.

In addition to InfoPrint Solutions Company, GMC Software Technology and Best Western International
award winners, honorable mentions in this category will be given to Pitney Bowes Business Insight, for their
e-mail and SMS application utilizing the e-Messaging solution and ISIS Papyrus for their energy bill application
utilizing the ISIS Papyrus platform.

TransPromo Communications Takes Center Stage at Xplor's 2009 Global Conference

Xplor Document University to Offer 7 Courses on the Marriage of Transactional and Promotional Documents

Lutz, FL-February 4, 2009-Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today
announced that transpromo communications will take a center stage at Xplor's 2009 Global Conference and
Exhibition, March 4-7, 2009 in Tampa Bay, Florida. Sessions will be conducted by noted industry experts
including Madison-Advisors, InfoTrends, Insight Forums, IBM, Kodak and others. As part of the 7
courses/tracks and 80 educational classes covering the latest trends and best practices Xplor's focus on
transpromo will feature:

Pre-Conference Intensive Hosted by Madison Advisors: The print and electronic communications industry is
experiencing dramatic change across several key areas including transpromo, color and print suppression.
This preconference intensive will cover how the right mix of technology, solution providers and internal
management can help introduce best practices, increase efficiencies, and lower costs associated with
document production. In particular, it will provide insight into Madison Advisors' latest research findings
across several areas related to document production.

The Great Debate Panel: Transpromo -Yes, No, or Maybe: You've heard the buzz: transpromo makes
transaction documents pay for themselves. Maybe you've heard that it's so easy to do that there is something
wrong if your organization can't do it. Or, maybe you've heard that it's so hard to do that only the biggest
and bravest enterprises can make it work. Maybe you've heard that transpromo requires color? Or, that
transpromo means putting ads on bills. No matter what you've heard about transpromo, it's likely that you
have an opinion.

Transpromo: Build Versus Buy: There is more than one way to produce transpromo communications,
which is the best approach for your organization? In this class, attendees will hear an overview of the
major components and processes required to enable transpromo document production and then a review
of strategies for achieving desired state. In addition, the pros and cons of the various approaches will be
discussed including build, buy, outsource, co-source, etc. as well as insight into criteria for determining
the right approach for your business.

Does Your Document Composition Do Transpromo: Your organization likely has at least one document
composition solution but do any of them enable transpromo document production? This class will discuss
the role of document composition within an overall transpromo solution and review the latest market trends
in document composition, the various types of solutions and best practices in the user community. The
session will also review leading document composition solutions, with insight into their strengths, challenges,
best fit scenarios and which solutions are best at enabling transpromo document production.

Getting Your Message Across: As the business environment grows increasingly competitive and companies
continue to tighten expense controls, marketers are gaining interest in leveraging transactional documents
as an integrated element in an overall customer communications experience. As a result, an increasing
number of companies are turning to transpromotional communications-the inclusion of promotional and
other messages on transactional documents-as a way to increase the value of mundane statements,
notifications, confirmations and other transactional documents that have long been considered simply a
cost of doing business. This session will discuss design considerations for transpromo communications
based on real examples and experiences.

Transpromo Revolution: Trends, Technologies and Tools: This practical session will help you to understand
what Transpromo communications are and how they can benefit your organization. Beginning with examples
of the most straightforward documents and progressing to robust, multi-channel implementations, the
presenter will help you to understand the key components of a Transpromo solution and the results you can
expect from investing in these capabilities.

Survival Of The Fittest or At Least The Most Innovative: 2009 promises to be a year of change, forcing many
companies to retool as they need to be more agile to remain competitive. Enterprises will rely heavily upon
technology to assist in penetrating and reactivation of customers and according to the recent Chief
Marketing Officer Council's, "Routes to Revenue" study, personalization is topping the priority lists. The
plan is simple; keeping a customer is easier than getting a new one, driving the importance of personalized
technology, imagery and print -you got it transpromo! Attendees will learn the highlights of the Chief
Marketing Officer Councils recent study, Routes to Revenue, and the detail behind the Best Western
transpromo case study.
