This year’s info360/ON DEMAND events take place June 12 and 13 to 14, 2012, respectively, at the Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. IT professionals as well as business to business and business to consumer publishers; print and marketing service providers; advertising agencies; and marketers in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors are invited to learn about and effectively implement social networking, digital media, and print platforms.
ON DEMAND is the leading North America-based conference and exposition dedicated to technologies that monetize, optimize, and control content. Marketing and communications professionals, operations and production managers, IT specialists, and corporate executives gather to see the latest solutions and gain insight into the convergence of communications and digital information.
info360 is a comprehensive event focused on providing actionable advice for information management. The annual affair targets business professionals and executive managers seeking the latest technologies to capture, manage, share, and store documents and digital content to support business processes and comply with governmental regulations. Additional goals include driving down costs and gaining a competitive edge.
For nearly ten years, the co-located info360 and ON DEMAND Conference & Expo provides the largest enterprise IT event in North America, representing the convergence of content and data throughout the information lifecycle—from creation to delivery and output.
Here, we provide highlights from this year’s exhibitors. Look to DPS for news and announcements and pick up the latest issue on the show floor!

Digital On Demand is already used by companies in the healthcare industry and soon in the travel industry to understand audiences and deliver customized content.
Graphic Whizard, Inc., booth 416, debuts a new series of economic creasing machines and an independent knife folder. One machine creases and folds paper in a single pass while the other creases, cuts and slits paper in a single pass. A dozen additional products to the series will follow over the coming months.

Satori Software, booth 217, features its EasyTrack monitoring service to improve mailing operation efficiency. EasyTrack helps companies gain valuable mailing visibility as it passes through the USPS mail stream. The service automatically collects raw scan data and assembles it into actionable information, helping companies proactively identify and resolve potential delivery problems. The new Foliant series provide the same high-quality services at an affordable price point.
info360 Exhibitors Cloud9 Real Time, booth 754, shows Simply Cloud9, which eliminates the need for a connection manager to log into a platform. Instead, clients can embed a login page directly in their Web site for users to access cloud applications, branding the client’s name and moving more traffic to its Web site. This technology is built on the foundation of all Microsoft 2008 R2 technology and offers clients increased security with 256-bit encryption thru portal login. Another benefit is that businesses no longer need to purchase hardware, Windows Server License, or Microsoft Office.
Orienge, LLC, booth 744, highlights Conterra 2.1, the new version of the Orienge Conterra enterprise content management system. The entire Conterra suite of modules and client applications includes upgrades such as Web access with a new interface that ensures higher productivity and efficiency when working within the range of Conterra data structures, as well as the modernized Document Generator enhancing the functionalities of the document management module. Upgrades also include an improved key performance indicator management Web application interface; a renewed records management solution with improved paper document management—in addition to the existing electronic records management; new analytical reports and refined performance indicators; and dozens of minor improvements requested by Conterra users, clients’ administrators, and IT specialists.

Intelledox offers a range of deployment options—on premise, hosted, or cloud—that can be deployed quickly and with significant ROI. It allows large corporations and government agencies to reduce content chaos caused by a lack of a structured and centralized approach to document generation. By transforming unstructured inputs into structured outputs, Intelledox empowers the business to ensure compliance of all documentation produced, reduce human error, and improve overall business efficiency.
LEAD Technologies, Inc., booth 335, developed its latest technology for Web and mobile application developers. An ARCH-D size color document can be scanned in 20 seconds or less in 400 dpi/high-speed mode. Resolution is adjustable by one dpi increments within the range from 50 to 800 dpi. Operating software is included with the Kurabo scanner, enabling the user to preview scanned images and perform basic editing functions. Optional Aupier-Gigastitch software allows users to stitch and join multiple sections of scanned images, overlaying CAD and Raster files. A variety of editing tools are available and the high-performance data management system allows operators to display, scroll, enlarge, reduce, layout, stitch, and save high capacity image data easily and quickly.
Synergy Isign from ProfitStars, a global division of Jack Henry & Associates, booth 453, provides its customers with the means to sign electronic documents on an Apple iPad. Leveraging consumer use of mobile technology, companies now have the option of taking the electronic signing process to the customer, instead of requiring the signer to be present at the institution. Isign lets companies adapt to modern customer habits, such as younger clients making more transitions online and through ATMs instead of visiting banks.
