PRINTING United Preview. Looking Ahead to Print Innovations.

PRINTING United Expo 2025 takes place from October 22 to 24, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. Hosted by the Printing United Alliance, a member-based printing and graphic arts association, the event promises global product launches, forward-looking education, and opportunities for networking.

Among the hundreds of vendors expected to exhibit, here are a few highlights.

Aleyant, booth 2632, showcases advancements to its print automation solutions—Pressero, PrintJobManager, tFlow, and the new PDF2Press Core & Pro. PDF2Press is a next-generation prepress workflow automation software designed to automatically preflight and correct common file issues, generate proofs at checkout, or send email proofs.

Alwan Color Expertise, booth 2595, highlights the Hydra Color Engine, Hydra Profiling, HydraFix, and Hydra Spot. Alwan’s spectral prediction engine, Hydra, is integrated across a range of commercial, packaging, textile, and other specialty print applications. Standard Finishing Systems, booth 3930, offers live demonstrations of over 20 finishing solutions from Hunkeler and Horizon in their 5,000 square foot booth, including the Horizon BQ-300 Perfect Binder, the Horizon AFV-566FKT Folder, and the Hunkeler/Horizon Roll-to-Saddlestitch combination solution.

Techkon, booth 4817, educates attendees on SpectroDens, a combined color spectrophotometer and densitometer to help control process, spot, Pantone, or other brand colors. SpectroDrive is a press-side, automated, scanning solution for offset presses. SpectroPlate is a high-resolution, multi-functional digital microscope used to inspect and measure printing plates. ChromaQA 6 with SmartInk is a color quality software platform designed to simplify workflows.

Viesus, booth 2627, invites attendees to see the Viesus 12 in action—delivering next-gen AI upscaling, facial reconstruction, and artifact removal across cloud, on-premise, and SDK workflows, including seamless plug-and-play integration with Enfocus Switch. Also featured, the new PDF Enhancer, bringing unattended, high-quality image correction directly into print-ready PDFs.

Xanté, booth 1513, releases its largest UV flatbed printer to date. The Xanté X-121, with a five- by ten-foot full-bleed imaging area and high production speed, builds on the industry success of the X-98. The X-121 delivers unmatched output capacity and creative flexibility. Its expansive bed supports up to fifteen 18- by 24-inch yard signs at once, boosting throughput while reducing turnaround times.
