At drupa 2016, the world’s leading trade fair for print and cross-media solutions, about 130 exhibitors will present their innovations related to workflow, automation, print technologies and their strategic cooperation models, marketing platforms and business models at the drupa innovation park (dip) in six theme parks as well as in the stage program and in daily interviews at the dip energy lounge. drupa will take place from May 31 – June 10, 2016 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
As marketing concepts, business models and business platforms form the basis for innovations (in addition to technological advances), one of the six theme parks at dip will highlight business models and their application examples. The dip stage program will also address this topic with a dedicated daily slot. At the theme park Added Value in Print, this year’s LLPA Award winners will be exhibiting lenticular pictures and their applications. The theme park Process Optimization & Automation will again be backed by the international non-profit standards association CiP4 while Innovations in Printing Technologies is supported by OE-A (Organic Electronics Association), the leading Association for Organic and Printed Electronics.
Key components of dip will be the stage program and the dip energy lounge. Every day starting at 11:00 am, visitors can expect 80 presentations and lectures from exhibiting companies, associations and organizations. From 3:00 pm on, industry interviews will be hosted by dip coordinator Sandra Winter at the dip energy lounge. Every half hour, drupa attendees can get information about trendsetting innovations, trends and business models.
