At its record-breaking 2025 Annual Meeting, Flexo Label Advantage Group (FLAG) announced a major strategic leap forward with the launch of a new partnership with Corcentric, a leading provider of B2B payments, procurement, and accounts payable automation solutions.
This new alliance is designed to simplify and streamline how FLAG Members interact with Vendor Partners, transforming the process into a single, centralized billing and payment platform.
“For years, FLAG has focused on delivering bottom-line savings through negotiated pricing and rebate programs,” said JC McKay, President of FLAG. “This partnership with Corcentric takes that to the next level. We’re now able to remove the friction from transactional relationships and give Members a seamless, modern way to manage procurement across the entire FLAG Vendor Partner network. In addition, our Vendor Partners now have a risk-free growth opportunity unlike anything that exists in this industry.”
Through the FLAG Corcentric solution, Members will now have the ability to purchase from any FLAG Vendor Partner under a single line of credit, significantly simplifying procurement. The number of Vendor Partners will also increase with access to programs already established in Corcentric.
This new structure also increases supplier benefits for FLAG Vendor Partners, like guaranteed payments on time for every invoice and the elimination of bad debt, among others.
This new strategic partnership will allow access by ensuring guaranteed credit, fostering stronger and more streamlined partnerships across the entire FLAG ecosystem.
Matt Clark, CEO of Corcentric, delivered the announcement at the FLAG Annual Meeting, who shared the vision and technology behind the new partnership and how it will drive long-term value for FLAG Members and Vendor Partners. Attendees had the opportunity to see a demonstration of the platform and ask questions about the rollout and adoption process.
“The response from Members was overwhelmingly positive,” added JC McKay. “Everyone is excited about how this will eliminate time-wasting manual processes and centralize how they interact with the Vendor Partner community.”
The rollout of the platform will begin in the coming months, with continued communications and onboarding support provided by both organizations.
“This is more than a technology upgrade,” McKay said. “It’s a transformational step in building a true B2B commerce community for the independent label converter market.”
