Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors today announced its Fall CCM Executive Roundtable, held in Philadelphia on November 14, was a well-received opportunity for executives from seven major companies to spend time in thought-provoking peer-to-peer discussions that addressed the specific challenges their companies are facing in an evolving communications landscape.
Attendees, representing top companies in the insurance, financial services and healthcare industries, included COUNTRY Financial, Discover Financial Services, HM Document Solutions, Northwestern Mutual, Raymond James Financial, Vanguard and Voya Financial. Participants at different stages in their CCM journey were invited to be session leaders to share and answer questions on the different paths their companies are taking to improve the quality of the customer experience and advance CCM processes. Attendees also heard from Madison Advisors analysts on trending CCM research findings.
Along with an impressive list of organizations, Madison Advisors welcomed two notable sponsor companies, Crawford Technologies and Xerox. Crawford Technologies’ team held three concurrent sessions from which participants could select. The sessions covered automating the creation and delivery of accessible documents, advances in creating integrated end-to-end workflows, and how to improve existing CCM delivery.
“Sponsoring and attending Madison Advisors’ Executive Roundtable events is something we look forward to—and this one did not disappoint,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “It’s always a valuable event because it facilitates interaction between peers in similar positions in different enterprises to share their own CCM journey and learn from each other. As a sponsor, it is beneficial to learn about current challenges organizations face, which gives us better insight into how to support their technology requirements.”
“We’ve designed each Executive Roundtable to be held in an intimate, candid environment for exploring how to effectively engage customers throughout the entire communication lifecycle based on actual situations companies are experiencing,” said Kemal Carr, president of Madison Advisors. “We want to thank our attendees and sponsors for making this Roundtable a huge success with their enthusiastic participation. Plans are underway for our larger CCM Executive Roundtable in the spring, where we will expand on the value we experienced with this one.”
