Home Test page Toshiba MFPs Simplify Document Workflow

06.17.2026

Toshiba America Business Solutions is outfitting businesses large and small with stout and sturdy multifunctional printers (MFPs) featuring next-gen security and cloud functionality to tackle today’s document workflow applications.

Powering Day-to-Day Workflow
Toshiba’s newest color, letter-size (A4) e‑STUDIO™331AC/401AC series combines the power, performance and functionality of the company’s award-winning ledger-size (A3) models within a rugged and compact design. Intuitive and easy-to-use elements integrating the latest security and cloud technology to streamline, simplify and secure document workflow for enterprise and small-to-medium-sized businesses alike.

Walk-up programming is also a breeze via the systems’ e-BRIDGE™ user interface (UI) that is consistent with the company’s full-sized models. Embedding Toshiba’s unique Elevate™ platform, the UI saves time by automating routine workflows for individuals and entire departments.

Toshiba’s new printer pair quickly and efficiently delivers corporate presentations, educational materials and marketing collateral by producing up to 42 splashy color pages per minute at an under seven-second first-copy-out-time. A duplex single-pass feeder (DSPF) further accelerates user efficiency by scanning (to file or email) a double-sided original at up to 120 impressions per minute.

Touting Elevate Sky® MFPConnect, Toshiba’s cloud technology, the e‑STUDIO331AC/401AC series enables continuous remote monitoring, diagnostics and firmware updates. MFPConnect manages system security policies while improving the everyday operation of an organization’s print fleets.

Deploying the latest in security elements, Toshiba’s just-released systems bolster organizations’ information in the following ways.

Shields the confidentiality of personally identifiable information (PII) and protected healthcare information (PHI).

Trusted Platform Module 2.0 enhances information security by securely storing keys used for encryption and decryption.

The printers’ inclusion of optical character recognition (OCR) scanning for simplifying document search and a 256-gigabyte (GB) solid-state drive (SSD) with an optional and additional 512 GB onboard storage capability further facilitates day-to-day workflow efforts.

“Toshiba’s latest e-STUDIO MFPs are clearly our best A4 systems to date,” states Toshiba America Business Solutions Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Business Development Bill Melo. “The printers deliver the impressive performance and functionality of our largest systems while fitting within any business setting imaginable.”
